Job Description:

• Coordinating the implementation of the existing sustainability strategy within Grigeo Group;
• Proactively participating in improving the sustainability strategy, assessing the impacts and significance of Grigeo Group's activities to stakeholders, and preparing value chain information together with the management team;
• Coordinating and monitoring the collection of sustainability indicator data within Grigeo Group;
• Preparing sustainability reports according to ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) and EU Taxonomy;
• Keeping up-to-date with sustainability topics to ensure that Grigeo Group's sustainability initiatives meet the best industry practices and regulatory requirements, as well as relevant legislative changes;
• Consulting and educating colleagues about sustainability issues and their importance to the business.

Requirements:

• Higher university education in the field of sustainability, environmental or social sciences;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to create and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to interpret data, provide conclusions, and develop implementation plans that contribute to better business sustainability results;
• Similar work experience in the field of sustainability;
• Knowledge of ESRS and related legislation, experience in preparing sustainability reports according to ESRS and EU Taxonomy;
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, at C1 level.

Salary: From €4000 - €5000/month before taxes. Depending on work experience and competencies.
