The S upervisory board of "Grigeo" has elected Algimantas Variakojis as an independent member of the Board, who will replace Nina Šilerienė, who has been a member of the board so far. The term of office of the current Board of the Company expires on 26 April 2023.
“First of all, I would like to thank Nina Šilerienė for her duties she responsibly fulfilled and the work done together, which allowed us to ensure the successful and profitable activities of "Grigeo". We appreciate the long-term experience of the new member of the Board, especially in holding various positions on the boards of listed companies, as well as his excellent knowledge of finance and investments. We hope that the involvement of the new independent board member will allow us to continue to maintain investor confidence in the company,” - says Gintautas Pangonis, President of "Grigeo".
A. Variakojis is a partner of the „Verslo angelų Fondas I“ (Business angel Fund I), a professional board member, and a specialist in corporate finance and investment. A. Variakojis has almost 30 years of experience in investments and their management. Until now, he has held the following positions: AB FMĮ "Finasta" project manager, member of the Board, President of the Lithuanian financial brokers association, Member of the Board of AB "Sanitas", Member of the Board of AB "Vilniaus Vingis", Member of the Board of APB "Apranga", Member of the supervisory board of AB "Vernitas", an independent member of the Board of AB "Lietuvos Geležinkeliai", an independent member of the Board of AB "Lietuvos paštas" and a member of the Board of many other companies.

Currently, in addition to elected A. Variakojis, "Grigeo" Board has 4 more members: Gintautas Pangonis, President of the company, Vigmantas Kažukauskas, Vice President for business development, Saulius Martinkevičius, Vice President for procurement and logistics, and Tomas Jozonis, General manager of "Grigeo".
The "Grigeo" factory in Grigiškės produces cleaning and hygiene paper - napkins, handkerchiefs, paper towels, cleaning, and toilet paper.
